• Skills: Concept clarity, technology integration, result orientation

3. Kindergarten Teachers

• Qualification: Montessori/NTT/ECCE certified

• Experience: 1+ year in pre-primary education

• Skills: Patience, empathy, storytelling, play-based methods

4. Physical Education Instructor

• Qualification: B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed

• Experience: 2+ years in school environment

• Skills: Sports management, student engagement, organizing competitions

5. School Counsellor

• Qualification: M.A. in Psychology / Counseling

• Experience: 1–3 years in academic or child counseling

• Skills: Emotional support, career guidance, student mentoring

6. Administrative Staff

• Positions: Office Assistant, Receptionist, Transport Coordinator

• Qualification: Graduate (any discipline), Computer proficiency

• Experience: 1+ year in school admin or public-facing roles
